Responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the accounting department with monitoring and analysis of accounting data, preparing reports and financial statements, as well as developing and implementing methods and policies that improve work performance and use appropriate accounting principles to raise the efficiency of the institution. The job also needs the ability to motivate and manage the work team and understad the various accounting procedures.
